Jim Deupree
Jim pivoted twice while rising to the executive ranks in a blue chip company, including a leadership chapter in Management Consulting, then pivoted again as founder and CEO of three companies. Along the way he has served on a number of Boards, some as Board Chair, and was named a Board Leadership Fellow by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Jim has followed our own advice and now focuses on inspiring more leaders to embrace “Rewired, not Retired” while continuing to support our existing family of clients, along with helping Paulette serve new clients

Paulette climbed the ranks in a Fortune 50 male dominated industry to Senior Vice President, responsible for 14,000 people globally and a P&L of $1b+. She pivoted to apply that experience to subsequent roles in management consulting and now executive coaching.
